Customer Orders A Samsung Galaxy Note 3 And Gets A Piece Of Rock Instead !!

Do you shop online? Do you believe and fully trust the company to deliver the exact product that you saw on the site itself? A nice kurta? A pretty top or a cool phone? And what happens when you get a piece of rock, a box full of mud or an empty box instead after paying for the product?


Well. We warn you of this constant problem faced by the customers who have ordered things online and got something else instead.

A resident of Dwarka who is an online shopaholic ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 few days back from Flipkart, the online shopping portal that sells books, mobile phones and other interesting products. On Saturday morning, when the delivery boy came to deliver the product, the customer was shocked to discover a piece of rock inside the box.

Annoyed an disgusted at such a major glitch, they immediately called up company's customer care and posted it on Flipkart’s Facebook page.

Meanwhile, Flipkart has apologized for their fault and told the customer that they are re-shipping the product.

Earlier as well, when customers were unable to cash in on the shopping bonanza onFlipkart, the company apologised for their mistake.

Also, just a few days back, a customer ordered a smartphone from Snapdeal and got a bar of soap instead!


But, the big question is- Does apologising solve the matter? Will not be the trust and reliability of the customer towards the company be the same as before?

We can only hope for the best in the future!
