How to Enable “Pinch to Zoom” in Gmail Android App
Gmail for Android app in the latest Android 4.2 software update brought some really cool new features that users had been requesting Google for a long time. Most important of the new features is, pinch-to-zoom (auto fit messages), depending on your screen size. Most of the time, when you get a long email you have to keep scrolling left-to-right and top-to-bottom to read the entire message. Now, you can simply pinch-to-zoom in like you do with a photo in the Gallery.
By default, auto-fit messages feature has been disabled in the Gmail Android app. You will have to enable to from your Settings to get that feature and avoid the annoying scrolling around the email to read it completely. We have done a small, quick tutorial on how to enable this “pinch-to-zoom” feature.
