Auto Reply Emails With Gmail

Sometimes we were unavailable, or out for few days and unable to reply mails . May, sometimes when number of mails we receive are high we need an auto-responder to quickly reply  for our mails. In case we need to signup for services which provides an auto-responding bot to do our Work. So, here is an easy solution to auto-reply mails with gmail.

Steps to setup Auto-responder in Gmail.

• Login to your Gmail account , and go to [ Settings > General ].

• Scroll down to find " Vacation Responder".
• Put Vacation responder ON and fill the required details.
• Fill the Subject for the reply.
• Your message for the reply.
• Start and End date. [ If needed ] or left End date blank to keep it running.
• Mark the Option, if you only want to reply to the people in your contact list. [ This would be helpful as, it will not respond to promotional and notification mails ].
